Eden Brook Home Care
Eden Brook Home Care was founded by health care professionals looking to improve the care delivered to those in need at their home.
Over the past few years we have supported a number of clients with varying needs accross the Chelmsford and Maldon area.
Our care team are individually selected for their experience and qualifications in care work. To us though, it’s not just about how qualified an individual is but also whether they can offer the level of empathy, compassion and care our clients expect and deserve. We expect dedication and commitment from all our staff, an ethos reflected in the high standards of care synonymous with the Eden Brook name. All of our frontline and management staff have successfully passed a Criminal Records Bureau check.
Our experienced home care staff are selected with the utmost precision. Their ability to show compassion and consideration to others is highly expected by Eden Brook Home Care as it supports and enhances our commitment to excellence. Our nurses and carers are supported by an efficient and dedicated management team providing a direct link with care authorities and other care professionals and that enables us to provide our service users with a continuity of care.
